Baltimore Uniforms & Tailoring is a full-service apparel manufacturer based in Baltimore, Maryland that has been serving a variety of clientele since 2020.
With a client list that includes some of the most recognized brand names in the business, as well as our reputation for high-quality work, we are ready to assist your company in all areas of product development and production.
We specialize in activewear, sportwear, swimwear, formalwear, we work with any type of fabrics.
One of the few apparel manufacturing facilities left onshore, we are proud to say that our products are "Made in the USA."

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Our product development team can create patterns, simplify designs to go through production smoothly and efficiently, and select and source the best materials for your desired end-use. With our experience and industry knowledge, we can:
Provide design expertise to help you make superior products
Create patterns and samples in-house
Research & source materials and trims
Calculate fabric and trim yields to determine order quantities
Recommend cost-reducing and problem-solving steps for production
Product development is billed at $100/hr, with a typical project averaging around $1,500 per style from start to finish.
Scheduled Delivery
This is one of our most popular services available. It’s made a big difference for many of our customers, and is provided with the highest level of excellence. With this service, we ensure all details are simple, seamless and handled in a timely manner. Whenever you work with Baltimore Uniforms & Tailoring, you can trust that you’re in great hands.
Costing Consultation
Production costs are determined once final samples are created or provided based on garment complexity and production quantities, as well as the number of sizes and thread colors. A higher production volume yields a lower price per unit. Production pricing cannot be provided during the product development stage due to frequent changes during sampling and fittings.
